工作原理
C 系(xi)列顎(e)(e)式(shi)破碎(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)機(ji)工(gong)作時采(cai)用的(de)是曲(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)擠壓(ya)(ya)(ya)型(xing)的(de)工(gong)作方式(shi),電動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)皮(pi)帶(dai)輪傳動(dong)(dong)(dong),通過偏心軸使(shi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)顎(e)(e)前后上(shang)下(xia)(xia)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。當動(dong)(dong)(dong)顎(e)(e)上(shang)升(sheng)時,肘板(ban)與(yu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)顎(e)(e)間夾角(jiao)變大,從(cong)而(er)推(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)顎(e)(e)板(ban)向固定顎(e)(e)板(ban)接近,同時物(wu)料(liao)被壓(ya)(ya)(ya)碎(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)或(huo)劈碎(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui),達到破碎(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)的(de)目的(de);當動(dong)(dong)(dong)顎(e)(e)下(xia)(xia)行時,肘板(ban)與(yu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)顎(e)(e)夾角(jiao)變小,動(dong)(dong)(dong)顎(e)(e)板(ban)在拉(la)桿和彈簧的(de)作用下(xia)(xia),離開固定顎(e)(e)板(ban),此時已(yi)破碎(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)物(wu)料(liao)從(cong)破碎(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)腔(qiang)下(xia)(xia)口排(pai)(pai)出。隨(sui)著電動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)連(lian)續轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong),破碎(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)機(ji)動(dong)(dong)(dong)顎(e)(e)作周期運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)碎(sui)(sui)(sui)(sui)和排(pai)(pai)出物(wu)料(liao),實現(xian)連(lian)續生(sheng)產。
